Watch Radio Rail perform live at Old Town Sacramento's last Gold Rush Festival

Radio Rail performs mostly original music,
with folk, country/rock and bluegrass influences.
Jackie Loken and David Borough met on a radio show and formed Radio Rail in 1995.

Jackie Loken is a native of California and comes from a large musical family. She grew up harmonizing with her sisters and brothers and developed a love of close, sibling style harmonies. She started her performing career singing in the Berkeley based "I'll Be Right Home Honey" band. Jackie plays electric and stand up bass and sings lead and harmony vocals in Radio Rail.

David Borough is a fiddler, guitarist and award winning songwriter. He has been honored by the South Bay Songwriter's Association, the Napa Folk Festival Emerging Songwriter's Event and numerous radio shows. Born in Oklahoma and raised in Texas and Kentucky he's lived in California since 1967.

T.Bone Walter adds lead guitar, piano and vocals to the band. With over 40 years of professional experience playing in Blues, Rock and Bluegrass bands, T.Bone brings the whole band up a notch with a versatile and exciting edge.

Radio Rail performs at festivals throughout California, including the Great Gold Rush Festival in Old Town Sacramento and the California State Railroad Museum Railfest. Radio Rail originated and performed in the "Songs For the Transcontinental Railroad Concerts" along with Utah Phillips, The Black Irish Band, Charlie Chinn and others.

Combining wonderful original songs, old favorites and beautiful vocals that light up any room, Radio Rail provides spirited acoustic music that captivates audiences.
